Welcome to the Live SMART, Heal My Heart Portal, created for adult female survivors of childhood trauma and adversity. This Christian platform was designed to provide you with a safe space to connect, grow, and heal with other survivors on a healing journey.  

 

I initiated a global movement to inspire Christian women to heal childhood pain and seize their God-given inheritance. Abundant living is our "new birthright." God made us for Love, Joy, Peace, and Kindness (Galatians 5:22). It is not His will for past pain to keep you from His promises.

 

I know what it's like to feel trapped in childhood pain. I suffered through years of emotional distress and spiritual brokenness, craving freedom and a better life. I believed deep down that God had a better plan for me. His word says His plans are to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).  I found hope in Christian counseling and group settings where I learned biblical principles and practical strategies to confront my past and heal.  Now I want to help you do the same.

On this platform, you will find trauma-focused tools to help you face the childhood trauma and adversity you experienced within a safe, engaging community. We will disrupt negative patterns and end generational trauma and toxicity in this transforming environment.

We offer two membership options, General Membership and Premium Group Coaching Membership. Premium Group Coaching Members receive access to our weekly recorded video lessons and can participate in bi-weekly live Q&A group sessions. I will teach you biblical principles and healing strategies for coping with an adverse and traumatic childhood. These tools will equip you to begin living the transformed life you always wanted.

Additionally, as a Premium Member, you can apply to enroll in our Individual Ministry Coaching Program, which is available to a limited number of participants each year.​
